Creating homemade costumes is a lot of fun because you get to make some things, grab things out of your closet, and buy this or that to complete them. Everything we wore came straight from our closet.
All you need for this cute DIY is heart stencils and fabric paint! You can also take this idea and apply it to other DIY projects like making heart shaped "elbow patches" on cardigans or adding polka dots or stars to your clothes. The sky is the limit!
